KanAm grundinvest Fonds has generated significantly above-average returns ever since its launch on November 15, 2001. The fund management invests mainly in first-class office properties in selected high-growth locations in major European cities outside Germany. The fund also holds properties in major North American cities for diversification purposes and in order to optimize return potential.
