The formation of KanAm Grund allowed the broad investing public to invest in fungible, high-yield open-ended real estate funds with attractive tax conditions. Our two companies – KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH and KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH – allow us to distinguish between the mutual funds business and the special funds business, with each focused on the interests of different groups of investors.

KanAm grundinvest Fonds – our first open-ended real estate fund – was launched in November 2001, followed by KanAm US-grundinvest Fonds in May 2003, and KanAm SPEZIAL grundinvest Fonds in January 2005.
